A Personalized Approach

I believe in tailoring therapy to fit your unique needs and goals. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I use evidence-based methods like CBT, ERP, ACT, and mindfulness to create a customized plan that addresses your specific challenges and supports your personal growth. My goal is to work closely with you to ensure a meaningful and transformative experience.
